Our Story

In the bustling heart of Bangalore's construction scene, Arrich Robotics was born not from a grand vision, but from the gritty realities of a struggling industry. Our founder and CEO, Prajwal Bharadwaj, experienced firsthand the crippling effects of labor shortages, unreliability, and escalating costs. Project after project faced delays, budgets ballooned, and the stress took its toll.

One day, as Prajwal surveyed yet another half-finished site abandoned by a poached crew, a spark of determination ignited. There had to be a better way – a way to break free from the shackles of unpredictable labor and build with efficiency, reliability, and peace of mind.

That spark became Arrich Robotics.
